To avoid disappointment, before the conclusion of a preliminary sale on a property used, it is advisable to make some very simple controls but very important.

- the certification of control system of heating
- from 1 July 2008 also requires that the owner provides the energy certification or, alternatively, the 'certificate of qualifying energy
