There are other priorities in the national and city politics. Economic and social. There are not forgotten in the past and do not forget it in the future, continuing to be concerned about the dignity and freedom of persons and workers and to act in the forms and ways that our institutional role gives us, without hesitation.
But symbols are important to a particular place, people can look at himself in those that have their roots and to recognize whether or not their fellow citizens, historical or contemporary, and their work. I believe then that the city government and Arezzo all have to respond to the demands of Italian citizens living in Catalonia with respect to the offense that the plate exposed to the high school and is dedicated to Vittorino Ceccherelli. A plaque explains that the terms of this request as it shows the symbolic role played by Ceccherelli and fascist troops sent to fight in favor of the coup in Spain against the legitimate Republican government. In addition to signing the letter of Italians living in Catalonia, I pledge to continue the institutional commitment that I am responsible for submitting a notice of address, in the wake of question Marco Tulli, for the removal of this insult to the memory of anti- citizen, Italian and European history, or at least put a caption which informs all students and visitors to the memorial stone that was the Nazi-Fascist barbarity, docet Guernica in the English Civil War.
